Self-Select Registration Form

BEFORE STARTING:

1️⃣ Collect signed agreements from EACH of the 7+ participating institutions: [FOUND HERE] 2️⃣ Select a commissioner; must be a full-time staff member at a participating institution 3️⃣ Prepare a unique name, logomark, and/or brand identification for your conference 4️⃣ Choose 2+ supported game titles from the current NACE Varsity Premier season

PARTICIPATING INSTITUTIONS:

✅ Must be active NACE members ✅ Must compete in at least one (1) game title per year to be considered active ✅ May still compete in Varsity Plus for all titles, and Varsity Premier for other game titles ✅ May only compete in one (1) self-select conference per game title per year ✅ Must face each other member per season to fulfill competition format requirements ✅ Must complete all matches by end of regular season to avoid receiving a double forfeit
