Should I apply as a Mentor or a Mentee?

A Mentee is a full-time staff member of a recently joined NACE member seeking to gain insights, guidance, and support from a more experienced NACE institution.

A Mentor is a full-time staff member of a veteran NACE institution committed to assisting new members by sharing ideas, providing guidance, and answering questions about the collegiate esports space. To qualify as a Mentor, you must lead an esports program that has been an active NACE member for at least one full academic year.
