NACE Fall 2024 Remote Grand Finals RFP

Thank you for your interest in submitting a bid to become the NACE Production Partner for the Fall 2024 Varsity Premier Grand Finals. This form must be filled out to completion & submitted before the deadline to be considered to be selected as a final candidate. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a production partner that can provide the turn-key services, staffing, graphics package manipulation, coordination with competitors, and stream management in order to produce NACE’s tournament broadcasts during the online Fall Grand Finals.

As a reminder, here is the submission & review process timeline:

Release RFP to membership: October 8, 2024

Last day to receive proposals: October 18, 2024

Meetings with select candidates: October 21 – 23, 2024

Identify production partner: October 25, 2024

Planning and pre-production: October 26 – November 18, 2024

Grand Finals broadcasts: November 23-24, 2024
